"On January 8th, 2009, the United States Institute of Peace gathered over 1,900 practitioners in peacebuilding for a conversation about the foreign policy challenges and opportunities facing the new administration. After the event, 95 percent of our post-event survey respondents felt they would be more likely to attend a USIP event in the future... Recognizing the many constraints on [Hi-Tech Electric's] time as the inauguration approached, I wanted to make sure you knew how much we appreciated your flexibility.
