"On January 8th, 2009, the United States Institute of Peace gathered over 1,900 practitioners in peacebuilding for a conversation about the foreign policy challenges and opportunities facing the new administration. After the event, 95 percent of our post-event survey respondents felt they would be more likely to attend a USIP event in the future... Recognizing the many constraints on [Hi-Tech Electric's] time as the inauguration approached, I wanted to make sure you knew how much we appreciated your flexibility. All of us were operating under difficult timeframes, especially because of the holidays, the new year, and inaugural events. We valued your willingness to work with us despite the constraints! -- Heather Sensibaugh, United States Institute of Peace
"It is my pleasure to recommend Hi-Tech Electric. Ron Simon and Lee Oliphant have worked long and hard to please us and our exhibitors as we produce World Ag Expo, the world's largest farm-equipment show with 2.1 million feet of exhibit space and 1,436 exhibiting companies. They are great! You will be glad you hired them. -- Gary Schulz, general manager, World Ag Expo"
"Thank you again for your support of our National Science Foundation 'Science Education and Workforce Development' Conference at the Washington Convention Center, January 14-16, 2008... Clients and attendees only see the end result of long hours of preparation that go into making an event successful. The contributions of the staff at the Convention Center are too often overlooked unless there is a problem. I want you to know that I recognize and appreciate the invaluable contribution you had in the success of our conference. I was very impressed with the professionalism all the Convention Center's employees exhibited in appearance and demeanor. I was also impressed with the attentiveness to the performance of their job... I know we must have driven you mad, Kathy, with all of the late requests and changes to the original plan. I apologize if we were at times "high maintenance." You handled all of our requests in stride, and with great patience and professionalism. I was very impressed with the way your crew had set up the electrical connections within Room 145. It made our set-up much easier, and proved a real time savings. Again, thank you for your support, and we look forward to working with you again." -- James K. Martin, Chief Operating Officer, PRAMM Consulting Group, Inc"
“ I would like to thank you and everyone at Hi-Tech Electric for all your support on behalf of AUSA’s 2004 Annual Meeting. You’ve got a great team over there. The attitude is terrific, and the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the hard work was not only noteworthy but inspiring. A great job done by all. I like to think they had fun doing it, too. I sure did-they made it fun. As a planner, I can only do so much. At some point, I just have to turn the meeting over to people I can count on and trust them. And your staff more than qualifies for that dependence and trust. -- Michael M. Scanlon, CMP, Assistant Director, Industry Affairs Association of the United States Army”
"Dear Ron: It is with great appreciation that we write you regarding Hi-Tech's recent work for us on our recent Photonics West... What makes for a successful business relationship between two parties is their understanding of each other's business needs and working together to find ways to help each other achieve their goals. You constantly offered solutions to achieve our goals... It is a pleasure to work with a contractor that understands the customer service aspect of this business. -- Randy Cross and Dianne Robinson, International Society for Optical Engineering"
"Dear Ron: Following on from a very successful Sibos 2000 in San Francisco, I would like to express our gratitude for all the help and assistance you gave us for this year's event. For obvious reasons, it must have been difficult dealing with a European organizer... both you and your staff coped admirably, never flinching from any request. We will be delighted to use your company for future exhibitions we organize in the States. -- Derke Shanks, director, Maybridge Limited"
"I like your electrical service better than any I've worked with in the tradeshow industry. One form, plain and simple language, NOT intentionally confusing, and excellent customer service. Wish you were at every show we do. -- Barbara E. Davis, Berner Foods Inc."
"Dear Ron: I just wanted to express my thanks to you and your crew for the help you provided last week at NEXPO in working around our damaged transformer. The show was a success for us because we were able to run the equipment live. It would not have been possible without the help you provided. Thanks again! -- Ed Wozny, v.p./customer service, Konica Minolta Graphic Imaging"
"Thank you for all the support, assistance and professionalism leading up to and during our annual meeting. The meeting was a great success and ran smoothly with the assistance of you and the Hi-Tech staff. -- Trina Armstrong, American Society for Cell Biology"
"The TCT conferences I planned in 2003 and 2004 brought 10,000 attendees to the Washington Convention Center. I had many electrical needs: There were four plenary sessions with extensive audio-visual requirements, a large registration area with 25 counters, a cyber message center with 30 computer stations, and an exhibit floor with 150 exhibits. Working with Hi-Tech Electric was a pleasure -- and effortless, from the meeting planner's perspective. They handled many last-minute requests with ease; I appreciated all their efforts to provide excellent services to our staff and exhibitors. -- Meg Breeden, event manager, Cardiovascular Research Foundation"
"On behalf of my staff, I would like to thank you for making AfricTalents USA 2005 a huge success! -- Serge Adigo, managing partner, AfricSearch HR Solutions"
"Everything went well in the ballroom. Many thanks for being so helpful and kind. -- Vivian R. Thompson, executive director, The Children’s Charities Foundation"
